Judith A. Miller, Esq. has successfully helped individuals and businesses resolve employment issues for more than twenty years. She has been recognized as both a skillful negotiator and a shrewd and forceful advocate, and she has gotten some great results for her clients.
Before starting her own law firm in 1996, Attorney Miller practiced labor and employment law for eleven years in private practice with Jackson Lewis LLP, a national employment law firm exclusively representing management, and in-house, working directly for two corporations. In 1996, Attorney Miller began her own practice, representing both individuals and small businesses in a wide variety of employment matters. Attorney Miller has spoken to numerous community groups, employer organizations and professional groups, including the American Bar Association, on a variety of employment law topics. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she served as the Articles and Topics Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. She received her B.A., with honors and distinction, from the University of Michigan.
